CANCELLATION POLICY
By booking with KG Beauty, you agree to the following: Cancellations: Must cancel at least 24 hrs before your appointment or a $20 fee applies. Rescheduling: Rescheduling within 24 hours without proper communication will be treated as a late cancellation and incur a $20 fee. No Call / No Show: Allowed one rebook with communication; repeated no-shows will be banned. Late Policy: 15+ minutes late = appointment cancelled & deposit forfeited. Grace Period: 10 min max — $10 late fee after that. Deposit Policy: Deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited for late cancellations, no-shows, or last-minute reschedules without communication.
